Four Seasons Carpet
& Upholstery Cleaning

To keep your carpet clean, it is necessary to vacuum regularly with a
strong, well-functioning and properly-filtered vacuum cleaner. However,
professional interim carpet cleaning is not only important, it is a mandatory
    requirement for warranty retention.

Regular professional cleaning using a Certified Firm is as important to
your carpet as having a trained mechanic perform routine tune-ups
on your car. While your carpet may appear clean on the surface,
periodic cleaning by a certified technician can remove what you can't
see and help your carpet retain its fresh, beautiful appearance.

"The standard of excellence for quality
cleaning and restoration services"
"Steam" Cleaning (Hot Water Extraction)

Often called "Steam Cleaning," this is the cleaning method which all carpet
manufacturers and carpet fiber producers recommend.  This is the only
cleaning method classified as "deep cleaning". All the others are
considered "light surface cleaning" because they are incapable of removing
soil deep in the pile.

The maintenance brochure published by the world's largest carpet
manufacturer, Shaw Industries, recommends this method, because its own
research indicates that it provides the best capability for cleaning, while
restoring the look of the carpet. It will not harm your carpet.

This method is frequently called "steam" cleaning due to the fine spray of
water used to force dirt out of the carpet which is sucked up by the vacuum
slot immediately in front of the spray.  This is done from a
truck-mounted unit outside the home with only the hose and floor tool
brought inside the home or office.

Our truck-mounted system
From a health standpoint, the truck-mounted system is preferred because
the dirty air and humidity are exhausted outside rather than recirculating
around the house. Additionally, truck-mounted systems are more powerful
than portable units, do a much better cleaning job and get the carpet dry
more quickly. Our truck-mounted systems also feature a water softener,
which is especially important in this part of California because of the hard
water. This water softener greatly boosts the cleaning capability of the
machine.
