Four Seasons Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning also uses “Green Cleaning” products, which meet or exceed the U.S. Government standards for “Green “ cleaning products. Just let us know that you are interested in our “Green Carpet or Upholstery Cleaning,” when you contact us to schedule a job. If the carpet is not “heavily soiled,” we can do the job for you using “Green Cleaning” at no extra charge to you.
1. Pre-Vacuuming is a very important step that most carpet cleaners are neglecting.
2. Pre-spotting ALL spots and traffic lanes are pre-treated with cleaners to loosen the soil and spots.
3. Pre-agitation – the cleaners are agitated into the carpet with a brush or carpet rake.
4. Hot Water Extraction also known as truck-mounted steam cleaning, the number one recommended method by carpet manufacturers.
5. Soil and stain resistant finishing spray is applied to the carpet before drying (optional)
6. Turbo Fans are placed in some of the areas we have cleaned to speed the drying process.

How to Get Ready For Your Carpet Cleaning
Prepare your carpet to be cleaned: Discounts are given if we are not required to move furniture. If furniture moving is selected, we move sofas, chairs, plants, tables, etc. An extra fee applies to beds, china cabinets, and dressers. Remove breakables from the top of tables Also, please save us a parking space near your door. .
Drying Tips: Keep the temperature about 70 degrees if possible. Air conditioners dehumidify the air. Turn on ceiling fans and box fans to circulate air.
48 hour cancellation policy. We know your time is valuable. If we are late, we’ll call ahead to let you know. We ask that you do the same for us. If you must cancel or reschedule, let us know within 48 hours, or a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Please note: The estimated price given on the phone is merely an estimate. The prices mentioned on this site are subject to change. We will measure your area and give an exact price before we begin. The regular cleaning price includes pre-vacuuming, all pre-spotting, some furniture moving, and steam cleaning. The only items not included would be pet stains and some other tough stains such as ink, or “Carpet Guard” service.
