Our Six-Step Cleaning Process:
1. Pre-Vacuuming – a very important step that most carpet cleaners are neglecting.
2. Pre-spotting ALL spots and traffic lanes are pre-treated with cleaners to loosen the soil and spots.
3. Pre-agitation – the cleaners are agitated into the carpet with a brush or carpet rake. In cases of severe soiling, we use a shampoo machine for this step.
4. Hot Water Extraction also known as truck-mounted steam cleaning, this is the number one recommended cleaning method, by carpet manufacturers. All of the dirt, and the pre-spotting cleaners are safely rinsed out of the carpet without over-wetting it, and sent back into the cleaning van.
5. Soil and stain resistant finishing spray is applied to the carpet before drying (optional)
6. Turbo Fans are placed in some of the areas we have cleaned to speed the drying process.
And, we take the time it must take to get the job done right. Many times, our customers have told us, “the last company we used was in and out of here in less than an hour!”

As the flooring industry progresses, new formulation of fabrics such as “5th generation Carpet ” are emerging. These fabrics require specific cleaning procedures by certified professionals. Sadly, most companies in our industry do not invest in educating their employees in their field. We and our techs attend educational courses, certification schools and conventions related to our work. Our certification with IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification) requires that our cleaning professionals attend intensive courses on each certification topic and pass a strenuous exam. Having your carpet cleaned by an IICRC certified firm is highly recommended by many major carpet manufacturers such as “Shaw,” and “Mohawk.” We are also member of BBB.

Our vans carry a water softener, greatly increasing the efficiency of the cleaning. You can expect maximum soil removal and the pile of the carpet will be “standing tall” again.
